We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows.
Build and integrate AI solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
Develop AI agents and conversational AI applications.
Create and manage automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate.
Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and business applications.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI models for performance and accuracy.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for AI and automation development.
Strong experience with Python and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs.
Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com, Power Automate).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and API integrations.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
5+ years experienced Experience building AI chatbots or AI assistants.
Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals.
Experience with OCR, document processing, and AI-powered workflows.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
Nice to Have Experience with multi-agent AI systems.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience with SaaS integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
